I bought this product because Maybelline discontinued its charcoal eyebrow pencil & I read on Amazon that this was a good replacement. I am very pleased with this pencil because it is even easier to apply than the Maybelline pencil (the CoverGirl is softer), it has a blending tip & the color is great.

CoverGirl Perfect Blend Pencil, Cobalt Blue Cool 135.

CoverGirl continues to make my "go to" makeup.

Great prices, great quality, great coverage.

I have no complaints about the Perfect Blend Pencil, my only complaint is that I was, and continue, to try and find a more navy/indigo "cobalt."

The search for the perfect blue liner to highlight my green eyes continues. This color is too bright for my age, but is a gorgeous color nonetheless.

I bought this to use when I am dressing up, I line the inside of my lower eyelids with it and it makes my blue eyes pop! It is not a really dark blue, it is the perfect shade to make the whites of your eyes look bright white and clear. This eye pencil is everything I wanted.

CG has been my favorite for years for eyeliner and eyebrow pencils. I can use it to get a clean line, or use the other end to get a smudged, smoky look. Good range of colors too.

I actually bought this to use as a lipliner since Cara from the Maskcara blog uses it as a lipliner in quite a few of her tutorials. It actually works really well for a nude-colored liner! It doesn't drag too much, and the color works with a lot of nude and lighter-colored lipsticks.

It also sharpens easily, and the nice smudger works well.
