This really was 'mini'. I was surprised at how small it really was, but it did arrive quickly and maybe I should have paid closer attention to the word 'mini'.

Best Deals on Sephora Brand Mini Clear Brush Set

I know these brushes are designed to be portable, but they are almost TOO small to use. Even in the picture, you can tell how badly made these are--not fluffy, one straight cut, very coarse/rough, bristles shed like crazy. What piqued your interest in this product? Was it:

A. you were looking for reaalllly small brushes, smaller than most travel sets: just use sponge tip applicators (heck, there's one in this set), they'd work just as well as any "brush" in this collection.

B. you can't afford to spend much on a travel brush set, or brushes in general: you can find some really good-quality drugstore travel eye brush sets for about the same price--my absolute favorite are Ecotools Bamboo Eye Brush Set, 6 Piece.

C. you're looking for a stocking stuffer for a girl who's just getting into makeup: pass on these--I know they're cute and small, but they're not really usable!

Bottom line? The price might have grabbed your attention, but I would absolutely pass on these.
