I bought this product because regular eyelash curlers do not work for me. I have smaller eyes and it's hard for me to curl my eyelashes with a normal eyelash curler without pinching my skin! I decided I would give this eyelash curler a try since I had heard good things about the smaller curlers for people with smaller eyes. This eyelash curler is really awesome! It works so much better than I thought it would. I am able to get closer to the lash line and i'm also able to curl the lashes toward the inner and outer part of my eyelid. Of course, it will take a little longer to curl all of your lashes since you will have to do it in sections. It's not really a big deal though. Just be careful with this, you can get too close to your eyelid and waterline on your upper eyelid and you can pinch the skin pretty badly if you went too crazy with it. Just don't squeeze the eyelash curler too tight until you get used to it.

Before I got this curler I hated, HATED to curl my lashes. I would end up pinching my skin 10 times before I even curled lashes. Now that I have this I curl my lashes every time I put makeup on. This tool makes such a huge difference to how my lashes look. The curler its self is lightweight and easy to handle. It's small size makes it easy to travel with. For me its a must have!!!

i have normal-sized eyes but short straight lashes and had just about given up mascara because regular lash curlers pinched my skin and missed curling lashes. this little tool corrected all of that, i love it! it takes two sqeezes per eye and produces an excellent result.

I bought one of these hoping that I could use it to curl the lashes at the outer corners of my eye, since a conventional curler typically excludes those lashes.

Unfortunately, when I tried to use the detail curler, it mashed down the lashes that were next to the section I was trying to curl. It may just be my eye shape (large and round) or my technique (clumsy), but this just didn't produce the effect I wanted, and I ultimately tossed it, and bought a "crimper," one of those lash curlers that looks kind of like nail clippers, and it works great.

This is the only curler I've used that will keep my lashes mostly curled at day. You just have to curl for at 1-2 minutes, and you're good for the next ten hours or so. Well built, no spring so it's less likely to fall apart. I am now a Japonesque customer for life!
