I ordered this product because I liked the cute case it comes with. (Which is NOT real leather by the way, as they claim ;) Still I don't mind, and the wand is very effective at removing unwanted upper lip hair. My suggestion to those who will use this for the first time: wax the area first, and start using the wand several days later when the hair starts to regrow. I didn't, and the first time I was crying in agony! You can use this on any area of your face except for your eyebrows, for obvious reasons ;) I use it ever day or two as part of my beauty routine and there is very little, if any discomfort.
