This solid soap works great on the beautyblender sponge. Get the sponge wet and rub the soap on it. Squeeze it a few times and rinse. It's that easy. No smell and cleans the sponges beautifully.

I think I remember someone posting that the smell of this smelled like an old lady. When this came in the mail I was scared to wash my brushes and beauty blender with it because of that review. Well let me tell you that it doesn't smell anything like an old person. I personally think it smells fresh and clean, kinda like dove soap. The smell isn't strong once you clean the brushes and they dry. This cleans my brushes better than anything else I've tried. I used to clean them with olive oil and dish soap and would have to sit there and clean them forever. This stuff cleans my brushes in less than 10 minutes (for about 12 brushes or so) and leaves them squeaky clean. Once I'm done cleaning my brushes I run the bar under water and leave the lid off overnight to dry.
