I found this clips to be on the "cheap" side. They are made w/ plastic pins despite the description stating that they are nickle plated steel. To top it off the plastic piece is bright blue. Not a big deal if you are pinning curls in hair temporarily however not attractive if you are using them to make hair clips w/ ribbon for little girls.

I love these. I use them for both pin curls and marcell/fingerwaves and they work lovely. The quantity for the price is great as well.
