My mom started using this and i thought she was crazy and thought it didn't work and was very greasy but I started learning more about makeup and thought I would give it a try I AM IN LOVE!!!!!! Its not greasy its very creamy and can work with it easy but once you place eye shadow on it, it is there to stay till you wipe it off! I have very oily eyelids and wont use anything else! :)

I have been buying Garden Botanika's "Heart" perfume for 20 years; it's my signature scent. I have used and was satisfied with other items of theirs as well (especially their dual pencil sharpener!) However, this eyeshadow primer, although probably really good for your skin, is very greasy in texture and kind of 'melts' after being exposed to 98.7 degrees. Granted, a little goes a long way, but it's quite expensive for the amount that you get in the pot. I much prefer MARK Please Hold Eye Primer (from Avon) ... it's about $8.00. Hope this helps.

i bought this thinking it would be a good base for my loose mineral powders to stick to, its not. its basically just a moisturizer and sheer cover for your lids :( pricey lil thing too! ug

this is a really nice foundation for using under eye shadow. i never used this type of product in the past, but i think it really helps shadow stay fresher longer and to give a nice base. the texture is rather thick and dry in a good way! it goes on smoothly and stays put.
