I have used Joey Make-up for several years because it is silica based. It provides even coverage without looking pasty. Joey makeup is great for covering oily skin and enlarged pores. It gives my skin a smooth finish.My only complaint is that it is quite difficult purchasing a makeup shade from the size of color swatches shown. But, I love the make-up and will continue using it in the future. In addition, the compact is a heavy duty plastic that doesn't disappear in the depths of your purse.

I've really had a hard time finding powders that didn't cake or make my face look dry. I tried this one and found it to be very light with good coverage where needed. I don't use it all over my face, only my t-zone where I get a little shine. I've never liked using powder puffs, so I use a brush instead to apply the powder.
