Why does it say not intended for use in inner eye area?!?! But besides for that I really like this eyeliner, although nothing can beat urban decay eyeliner this is pretty good. I have this in Deep Graphite the new color and I really like it. It retails for $17 dollars. FYI I got a full sized one free at Ulta they lady at the counter gave it to me I am not sure why though.
