Cheap e.l.f. Liquid Eyeliner (Cobalt Blue) elf

I bought this eyeliner in MIDNIGHT first and I LOVED IT. Then, I went and bought green, teal and cobalt. The three new colors all have a very inferior and VERY stiff thicker brush. There is no way to get the eyeliner on with this brush. I do not know why it is not thin and supple like MIDNIGHT.

I sent a message to the seller, and they said they could NOT replace the brush and they know it is different. (crappy)

I was told to send it back for a refund. Great, Look for a box, wrap it up, and pay to ship $2.00 eyeliner back.

Instead I am hunting for a brush like I got from the beginning. They should have sent me a FREE return label since they know the brush totally sucks.

Do not buy this eyeliner unless it is the color MIDNIGHT.

I liked the Colorado but I.didn't.like the.brush. you.have.to.keep.applying the Color not.worth buying. If it came with a better brush it would be better

All the e.l.f. products I have ordered, I have been quite happy with! Especially the Stardust liner. It's give a great "glittery" look when I apply it above my eyeliner. LOVE their produts!

just what i was looking for perfect brush and flow...pencils dont stay put this was great finally after buying somany other new tricks this is perfect

really pretty color but when you apply it it is a little bit streaky and it dries fast so its kind of a pain having to touch up
