ONE OF MY FAVORITE SHADES FROM M.A.C. SATIN TAUPE IS A SOFT TEXTURE AND GLIDES ON SMOOTHLY. THE COLOR IS VERY PIGMENTED AND LONG LASTING. I WEAR THIS TO WORK AS WELL AS FOR EVENING LOOKS. CAN BE WORN ALONE WITH A LITTLE BROWN OR SMOKE IT OUT WITH SOME BLACK. LOOKS GREAT WITH GREY, TURQUOISE OR PINK (COMBOS I HAVE TRIED) BUT THE VARIATIONS ARE ENDLESS. I found this on my wife's wish list and I purchased her as a little everyday gift. Well, she really loved it!. She was so happy. Since she had chosen the color, there was no issue there but she said that what she loves about it is that the color looks natural, it doesn't dry up and crack after applying it and it doesn't irritate her skin. Overall, it was a winner.
