This eyebrow pencil is the best ever! i have gone through so many different other brands in my life and finally I found The One! no
other pencil works as good as this Artiba pencil...it goes on perfectly and it stays on all day! you do have to make sure though to apply it when your eyebrows are clean meaning just right after you wash and dry your face or eyebrows..even before applying any hydrating cream or oils or foundation or anything at all because this is the trick to making it stay and it will not wear off! apply it to dry clean skin or brows and watch it stay on until you wash your face..at least try it once and you'll see. AT least it works perfectly for me. Most likely it will for you too.
