Fits great and is not to large. It holds up well. Love the little side compartment for personal things like lipstick, or keys.

I just got this a few days ago and have been wearing it for my job. I am not using it for it's normal use in the makeup artist line of work. I am a merchandiser and this is perfect for the tools I use(pen, marker, ruler, tape measure, box cutter,...). and the ziper pocket in the back is perfect for my key and some cash. One note to add is that the belt part of it is about 2 1/2" wide which I didn't pay attention to in the picture. I was expecting the normal 1" size but that was my mistake. It is still comfortable.
