This is a beautiful dark silvery gray liner, somewhat shiny but not too much. The applicator is kind of like a very fine felt tip marker, which I like but others may not. However, there are a few cons: the color goes on a bit thin (requiring two or three layers), dries very fast (not giving much time to fix little mistakes), and after a while it starts to fade and flake (especially if your contacts are bugging you and you mess with your eyes a lot). Overall I like it.

Was a bit disappointed in this purchase. Thought I would get a smokey grey , but goes on same color as jet Black. Gave one away to a friend. Not bad eyeliner, but looking for something besides Black.

The color & product is great. Color: black is just too harsh (for me) but (Charcoal) has the same effect as black, yet a softer appearance. Product: The only downside is that it seems to dry somewhat fast, so treating it like a pencil isn't really going to work. So make sure you have a steady hand and apply exactly where you want it and lightly the first go round. Removal of some after over-applying it is not really very easy...you may get a smeared mess. (like wiping up paint-it spreads) ha ha But applied lightly and then adding if needed...that's the way to go.
