I ordered this product based on the good reviews but it's a complete waste of money! The primer is nothing else but a cheap concealer and the plumper doesn't work and the scent is too strong...it's a waxy consistency with a cinnamon scent. The price was appealing but I should've known better...there simply are no good cheap lip plumpers :( The brand is Elf, but it doesn't say that in the description...had I known I would not have ordered. I threw it away.

i needed a lip plumper and baby i got one. :) the primer, and then the plumper. i love it because it smells like cinnamon, and it really made my lips plump.
