This item arrived with a stain of the same color on the outside of the tube as was on the inside, leading me to believe that for some reason it had been previously opened or used. Also, the wand inside was not void of the liner product. As far as packaging is concerned I am extremely disappointed, but am stuck with it since I'm not going to shell out a few bucks to return it just to get a refund. I have no idea if the container has the quantity of product that is indicated on the outside since it may have been opened or used before. There was not any packaging on the outside to protect it from being opened by anyone but the purchaser. It came to me as if I just borrowed it from a friend.
