First, as every woman with hair knows, hair type matters. Mine is wavy/curly and a few months ago I cut it very short to get back to my "real" hair color and texture after years of highlighting and consequential damage to my long locks. Now that my hair is growing out (I like a shaggy/touseled look) its obvious some control was needed to get my bangs out of my eyes and to lift the heavy top layers. My friend at work introduced me to Aquage, by giving me some to experiment with. BOY! I'm hooked. The best part about this paste as compared to others I've tried is that it has a very light feel I can keep adding to it for a more chunky look or on days when I crawl out of bed, take a wet wash cloth and rub it all over my head (yeah, I do that) and then while damp but not wet, take a little dab of paste dime sizeand rub it on both hands INCLUDING BETWEEN the fingers and then run both hands from my hair line, close to the scalp and all the way back along the side of my head. Then scrunch (or flatten) where needed. Waves, straight, whatever. Pretty neat fix. When going out for the evening instead of teasing the heck out of my crown hair I do extra chunky and it doesn't look gooey either. Thats how it works for me. My friend loves it too she has fine hair and uses it after blowdrying and using a curling iron. Her hair looks natural too very important to me. So, whether curly (like me) or fine (like Cleva's) we love the way Aquage TRANSFORMS our hair. I really can't explain how big a kick I get out of having a product that pleases. Its kind of expensive, I couldn't find any salons that carried it even though they were mentioned on the official Aquage web site. When I called they no longer carried it (???) I'm in Richmond, VA so our salons are pretty good. Found a deal on amazon.com (as usual) --WORTH EVERY DOLLAR.

Never found a good gel (I am 42 year old man) that would survive rain, wind blowing in from my moon roof, or humid/hot weather. All gels dry up and look to plastic like.this paste looks natural with no plastic glue look!

Someone recommended this Aquage Transforming Paste (found bigger tube versus hard plastic smaller size--a better deal on amazon than where I previously bought on-line)and it is gr8! When my hair is just cut (short) it can satnd up and I need stuff to calm it down.

Use a very small amount (dime size) and put in after washing, I brush through and let hair dry naturally (can blow dry to if have to run out immediately). It keeps hair manageable (When my hair is to short is I need to calm it down). sometimes after fast driving or humidity it gets out of sorts, I just put some water in my hands slick through and it seems to reactivate product and hold.

Medium control, looks natural and does not add any shine. It doesn't get hard like traditional gel or hairspray.

It lasts the day, with maybe a refresh in the evening.

Best part is it is 100% water soluble, after showering it's gone completely. After daily usage it doesn't build up in your hair like an oily pomade or a wax.

I have a bit coarse asian hair.

My eyebrow esthetician recommended this. She gave me a free sample to try and it worked great for me. Iʻm like most women as a teenager I over plucked and now I have no eyebrows! Well, not quite but I could definitely use some fill in there. Problem was they sell it for like $100 in the salon. I used it for a little bit, worked well but then I stopped because I couldnʻt afford it. Now I have holes in my eyebrows again so I checked amazon. Bingo! Great price for my favorite product! I even got the lashfood for lashes. Love the product and love the price. Iʻd recommend using it before bed, once your eyebrows grow in, go see a professional and they can shape them perfectly because they actually have something to work with :)

My dermatologist recommended this and it's working. Where the brows were very wispy, the hairs are more evident. Waiting for the rest of the brow to fill in. Time will tell.

Although I don't use eyelash extensions, I immediately could think of a whole host of uses for them--mainly cosmetic application-related, especially serums, etc. for which a cotton swab is much too absorbent. Also any intricate task, glue application, jewelry making, cleaning small electronics will benefit from the brush.

Read reviews of others using it with their Latisse. My wife says the brush itself is too small and hard to apply a drop of liquid on her eyelid or on the brush itself. The bristles are smaller than a drop of liquid... But overall it is soft and can have other useful applications.

I've been using this mascara for a few years now and will not use anything else. It lasts the whole day without smudging or flaking even in the summer time when it's hot and humid. My lashes are long but they are not curly so I have to curl them using an eyelash curler. In comparison to other mascaras I've used (even expensive brands), this product helps maintain the curl the best. It will smudge a bit and uncurl with water but you can trust that you will not have raccoon eyes. I always get complimented on my lashes, and this product is the reason why. I don't know what I would do if they ever discontinue this product. BTW, I'm a fan of the VolumExpress Classic only, not the other products in the VolumExpress line like VolumExpress Falsies. I've tried the Falsies and they flake and smudge a lot!

i bought this mascara because i was tired of looking like a racoon when i went to pool parties. it has definately helped and will work if you dont rub your eyes underwater. it still drips a little in the pool, but not much. i have extremely long curly lashes and this made them appear very thick as well, which i liked. it clumps a bit at first, but after a week or so, it calms down. its a good buy for the price.

Maybelline Volum' Express Mascara is so much better than Great Lash. It goes on evenly and lengthens without clumping.

I always use my mascara long past the three month suggested shelf life and it doesn't get dried out very quickly. (However using mascara after six months puts the user at a risk of infection, so be warned.)

And it really is waterproof. You'll need a reliable mascara remover if you want it to come off your lashes. I've sat through tear-jerkers wearing Volum' Express and come out without a smudge (much less racoon eyes!)

This is the best bang for your buck when it comes to inexpensive mascaras. It definitely gives lashes dramatic volume but in a way that draws attention to your eyes and not your makeup. It doesn't clump at all, and it only flakes if you really start rubbing your eyes. My only complaint with this product is that it is very difficult to remove...but it's a waterproof mascara. It's supposed to be long lasting! When I shower and wash my face each night it will not budge. It doesn't bother me, but if you are someone who must remove every speck before bedtime, this is not for you!

I'm surprised about the amount of women happy with this product. I find it requires several layers and applications to be visible enough, it's not very waterproof at all and flakes off. Turns out spiky & gloppy bec. of the 2-3 layers required to see it. Never will I buy this again.

The Dior Eyebrow Powder Pencil is a great instrument in shaping and filling in brows. The color was true to the color swatches shown on the site and it applies easily and I had no problem using it on my sensitive skin. I chose the blond 653 color and I am well pleased with its performance.

My sisters recommended this to me so I thought I would try it. They have each had their for about 5 years now and are only now just thinking of replacing it, i.e., it lasts a very long time. The texture takes just a little getting used to, as you would expect from any product like this. But I got the hang of it the first try, so it is by no means a steep learning curve. I like that it comes with a sharpener and that one end is a spoolie for easy grooming. What I love the most about mine is that it is black. I'm Asian and my brows are black; they aren't gray, they aren't black/brown, they are black. To me, that means I should use a black pencil to fill them in. I don't know of any other manufacturer that produces black and have heard that black looks "too harsh" from all of the magazines, makeup artists, etc. But in my experience, when I use black/brown or gray, the color stands out and looks odd and obvious. This pencil is a very wearable black, it fills in my brows so that they aren't washed out and look just a little thicker/fuller. It does NOT look like that episode of Seinfeld where they use a black sharpie!

I am a dark blonde and this pencil matches the natural color of my disappearing eyebrows perfectly! I have tried many cheaper drugstore brands and most of them have undesirable reddish tones and are waxy, resulting in a fake drawn on look. This pencil is powdery soft if you keep the point sharp it feathers on beautifully and the spiral brush blends nicely for a natural appearance. I keep my pencil sharp and even so it lasts for at least six months. Pricey yes, but it sure beats going without eyebrows. As long as they make this pencil, I will continue to buy it.

This is a very thin brush, which is what I wanted. For me, the longer handle is no problem. I just put my hand where I want it. I recently bought another brand of eyebrow brush, which is nice, but I like to draw thin line on the outer half of the brow and then fill in just a little. I use them both, or I turn this on at an angle to make wider swath. This brush seems like it will wear well.

This has been a staple in my makeup collection for years.

I always buy expensive nice brushes to replace but they never seem to quite have the same spread as this one.

I use it as my blush/bronzer brush.

The quality has gone down over the past 10 years, Each bristle seems a little more plasticy but like I said I still haven't found anything I prefer more, without for a lack of trying.

With daily use it usually lasts me about 6 months before its to worn out to keep using properly.

This does extend your lashes, making them lush and thick but make sure that you put a tissue under your eye while using or else you'll have fibers all over your face (and they are hard to brush off!) So the product does need some improvement.

This product is amazing! Those tiny fibers bring my lashes double volume, and it looks like false lashes naturally. When I first tried the product, I put too much fibers and they were getting into my eyes that was really annoying. But I realized they need to be applied only to the edge of the lashes and very small amount. On the second time I didn't get any falling fibers at all and my lashes looks amazing.

This product is amazing!!!!! I have naturally light colored hair and my lashes aren't very long or noticeable even with mascara on. This stuff totally makes a difference. It looks like I put on false eyelashes when I use it. I use mine with Two Faced Lash Injection mascara. The only bad part about it is that since it is just the fibers in a tube it's pretty messy when you put it on. I'd just make sure to use it before your foundation.

I have searched high and low for a good concealer. I have POTS, which long story short, I'm short on blood/oxygen to my brain and pass out often. I also have porcelain skin, so naturally, super dark circles and green veins around my mouth come with it. Most concealers made my eyes feel cakey (because of having to use so much just to get it to work) or look "yellowed" on top of my purple dark circles under my eyes. But this stuff knocks that crap out of the ballpark! I put 6 -8 dots under and above both of my eyes and then use a blending brush to blend it in. You'd think I had gotten 24 hours of beauty sleep! Then I put about 4 from the corner of my mouth down my chin and blend it and instantly the veins are gone. The highlighter blends in so smooth and really does work. I absolutely love this. So if you have super fair, super thin, uneven colored skin, USE THIS. IT WORKS. I even uploaded a photo to prove it!!

This product works very well for me. My brows definitely brighten and I like that it works well with my skin color...it lasts over 8 hrs. I sometimes have to work 12 hrs and even then the product is still on. I do not have anything else to compare it to because this is my first time using an eye brightner and undereye concealer. As far as I know this item does it's job...I've even gotten compliments from co-workers telling me how they like my makeup. Oh and youtube can show you how to apply it along with other people's review of the same product. I will buy this item again. Use your fingers to blend to your skin...blend it in very well.

I read and heard great things about this product. I like it, helps with my dark circles but does not completely over them. The highlighter is good but only use it at the edges of your eye and below the brow. It has a sparkle and is noticeable in the wrong area.
