The product was all scuffed and marked, sent "free" sharpener to make me happy bc they knew it was used. How dare they list a used item with all the diseases and other sickneses out there. NOT SATISFIED!!

I received it open and scratched up. And when I did try to use it the gloss was disgusting and broke my lips out

Rich Pink is a nice subtle pink. The color doesn't seem to last long, but I don't mind re-applying I have pretty dry lips so usually apply lip gloss of some variety several times throughout the day.
