So I bought this eyeliner for $1 at Target....can you believe it?? A buck. So needless to say I had extremely low expectations. But honestly, I was pleasantly surprised with this liner. It is basically a clear gel base with copper glitter. It goes on fairly smooth in my opinion. The only issue is the glitter is a tad sparse so you are not going to get a full opaque metallic line, but the amount of glitter that does go on still gives a very pretty effect. The glitter seems to stay on just as well as more pricey brands as well. Overall, I am really happy with this especially considering the price.

You have to work with it. The glitter doesn't just go on super easy, but it is workable. Excellent for the price.

I purchased this hoping for great, sparkly coverage. The formula reminds me of the old school glitter nail polish and it requires several coats to achieve the desired effect. And, the little sparkles get in your eyes.

I really like the look of this on the eye. I have worn it both as a liner, and on my lid as a sparkle top coat to regular eye shadow. Wears well, although I haven't tried to wear it for an extended period of time, so I can't vouch for that, I have just worn it out at night maybe 3-4 hours tops. It holds up fine for that period of time, although I was wearing primer. The one complaint that I have is that it is not a metallic copper liquid, instead its a clear liquid with copper glitter in it. Due to this, you don't get an even distribution of sparkle, they kind of just go in the general vicinity, but you can definitely have areas of more glitter then not. I also purchased the E.l.f. Liquid Eyeliner (Silver) Elf , that product is indeed a metallic liquid and creates a sharper, more defined line if that's what you're looking for. Not a ton of product, the little pots arrive about half full. Honestly, the price is super cheap so the expectations can't be that high, but i'd like a full container at least. Overall, pretty happy with my purchase its a fun makeup product at a really cheap price.
