It's really difficult to find an eyeliner that isn't mechanical these days. I really hate mechanical eyeliner pencils and was happy to find this one at my local Target. I figured even if it wasn't all that great, I only spent $4 on it, so no biggie. But it's actually a very good product! The plush tip blends well and it feels sturdy in my hand as I apply it (unlike the mechanical ones which feel flimsy and the tip constantly breaks off), color stays on well. Definitely worth the buy if you're looking for a durable pencil with good staying power.

I used to use this eyeliner all the time and then I suddenly couldn't find it at Wal-Mart or any other local grocery store. I was so happy to find this product on amazon and for a great price too. This eyeliner pencil goes on so smoothly and doesn't smear. It's also good to create a smoky eye, as it comes with a smudge tip on the opposite side. It's a great tool and a must-have for my makeup collection!
