Ever since I started wearing this foundation, I've gotten nothing but compliments on my skin!!! I was iffy about the color selection because my skin isn't too fair , it's more like light/medium. I bought this in the shade Naked & I thought it may be a little too light.. but it was a PERFECT match. I love it!! I have very VERY very sensitive, acne-prone skin. My skin is far beyond perfect, I even have dark acne spots. During the day, I just cover up spots with concealer then I dust this powder on with my own brush (I don't like the one that's provided although the packaging is pretty nice) I use one application and then I let it set for a couple of minutes then I dust on a second application. This powder has a cool sensation that lasts for a few seconds but it's very nice feeling. It almost feels like you're applying cold water to your face, it's very soothing. After I let it set for a few minutes, I use a pressed powder and pat my t zone then apply some bronzer to my cheekbones then I'm set. This lasts me most of the day, but I do have to touch up with my compact after a few hours which I don't mind. I love that it doesn't feel like I'm wearing anything at all & my skin seems to be getting much better from using this. I was originally using Almays TLC (Truly Lasting Color) liquid foundation which is nice but it can be VERY drying. I also found that it is very difficult to remove. I find this product to feel much better feeling on my skin and it feels soft and is VERY easy to remove and it provides just enough coverage for me, because all you really need is some concealer to cover spots then this!! I love that it isn't cakey, but I find that you should exfoliate at least a couple times a week and still moisturize because it CAN look cakey if your skin is too dry. I am in LOVE with this product, & I will DEFINITELY be buying again!!! I hope they never discontinue this :) It gives me a natural looking glow that almost looks like i'm wearing nothing at all!! I'm giving 4/5 stars only because I wish this had better staying power but still an amazing product!!

This Almay wake-up hydrating makeup is great, if it's what you're looking for. It is a very fine loose powder, that can be messy, but that means it fills in the small cracks in your skin, giving you a smoother, more flawless finish. The brush is not great, but I've never been satisfied with a provided applicator. The bristles are fine, but the contracting brush does not stay in the open position during application. I use my own face powder brush and receive good coverage and blending. I appreciate the cool, hydrating feeling as you apply, as it leaves my oily-prone skin feeling fresh all day. In combination with a tinted moisturizer, this gives me enough coverage to dash out of the house without feeling self conscious. When I'm looking for a more flawless look, it layers well over my primer/foundation and concealer, without getting cakey.I would highly recommend this product for someone looking for a fine loose powder with natural coverage for daily wear.
