I recently used this makeup brush cleaner and my brushes feel very clean. You have to make sure you mix it well. I separate the strands to make sure all of it gets cleaned. And then I flat out both sides of the brush on a towel and let it sit out till it is completely dry before I put it away. Once I clean them I do not use them till the next day. I bought this product from Sally's for no more then $10. Compared to the other makeup brush cleaners I saw I think this price is perfect for my budget. The only negative part is that when I want to clean my blush brush I need to put a lot of cleaner to make sure it gets cleaned properly.

This is an Okay product Its smells funny and my brushes didn't feel very clean. I was mad because the bottle is SUPER small and takes alot to clean my brushes. I dont recommend this product.

This product didn't clean any of the makeup out of my brushes, and it didn't rinse clean. I used the cleaner twice, then rinsed and let the brushes dry twice, and they were still full of makeup and also filmy from the product. I ended up using a gentle shampoo to clean the brushes, which finally got them clean!

Although I didn't purchase this product originally through Amazon I do want to speak to the quality of this product. The cleaner works great!! It is super for sterilizing because alcohol is the first ingredient--this is not easy to find in other brush cleaners I looked at. It cleans even my most difficult-to-clean liquid makeup brush. There is a scent that is pleasing to smell. This small bottle doesn't last long though because you must use enough to completely immerse the brush bristles. Am planning to puchase this again, through Amazon this time--saves me the 45 minute round trip to the store.
