I have collected many (if not all) of Bare Minerals' brushes. I have the full-sized precision brush, and I have the other, round-headed, retractable brush. So I recently got this retractable precision brush, expecting it to be a smaller--mainly shorter--version of the full-sized brush.
It is not. It contains half as much bristles as the full-sized one, feels light and flimsy even compared to the other retractable brush (the round one). I find it hard to buff with this brush, as it has little "body" due to the small amount of bristles.
And it does not weigh any less than the full-sized brush. So aside from having a cap, there is no advantage to getting this brush, for travel or convenience. Check it out at a store if you can. I think one is better off spending a few extra bucks to get the full-sized the precision brush, which is packed solid with bristles, soft, and totally worth the money.

I have a lot of brushes and had hoped this would work better in the crevices around the nose, etc., but it works no better than the others.
