I have been using this long wear gel eyeliner in black for around 5 years now and never looked back. The pot lasts me probably around 2 years using it every day so is very good value! The reason I love it is because it gives a really black look. I found pencils always looked a bit faded out whereas this gives a very crisp black sharp look and it lasts all day. You do need to specifically take it off with eye makeup remover at the end of the day as it really doesn't move at all. You will need to get the brush to apply it with as it needs a very fine brush. I also have it in indigo and violet and love it. I got my mum onto it a few years ago and she also loves it and wears it everyday (she is late 50s) and she has also bought it in quite a few colours now and it looks great on her too.

I totally recommend this product. It's only around $21, lasts forever and gives a really professional look.

This is the most fantastic eyeliner in the world!! No other eyeliner has the staying power like Bobbi brown. It was like 100 degrees the other day and while my make up was nearly melting this eyeliner didn't smudge one bit. It is truly amazing. Bobbi Brown can be found in most high end department stores for the retail price of $22. This one is highly priced especially with shipping.(Sorry, Amazon) I don't find that it dries out quickly in the jar and a little bit goes a long way. Any corrections when applied must be made within 10 seconds as it completely dries by then. Take it from me, I've tried them all and any one who knows cosmetics knows that Bobbi Brown gel eyeliner is the only one to use and worth every penny.. They have a fantastic range of colors. If black is too dark for you I would suggest Caviar Ink or even a shade lighter like Expresso. Violet Ink is stunning. This is the BEST in the market.

UPDATE: For the best eye make remover ever use "Sephora Super demaqillant yeux Waterproof eye make up remover" It's about $9.50 for 1.69 oz and is super concentrated. It feels like a light oil. This small bottle will last a few months. It is paraben and fragrance free. Just shake it up and a few drops on a cotton pad will quickly remove all your eye make smudge free., No irritation at all for my very sensitive eyes.

I LOVE this eyeliner. it is so easy to apply. It has the perfect texture and unlike a lot of gel eyeliners it stays put! I put it on it the morning and it lasts allll day without smudging. Plus it comes off really easily with eye makeup remover.

Bobbi Brown is known for her eye liner gel. Bobbi's gel eyeliner is one of the top in the worldshe actually pioneered the gel eyeliner formulation, and to this day it remains one of my favorite. Intense color with a smooth, gliding application and just enough play time to smudge it softly if you wish. Once it setsit's there for good.

This eye liner has a little too much sparkle to it, but the plain black has long been a favorite. This eyeliner is a deep purplish black with microscopic glitter. It is fine if you are a party girl!
