I haven't. For my taste, I feel like it makes my eye shadows look like the eye shadow a thirteen year old might use. Too bright and too light. If you are a makeup lover, you might like to play with this product. I like to be quick with my makeup routine, so this was not for me.

I use these shadows to highlight and to add a pop of color to the inner corner of my eye. They are definitely sheer and are meant to be used over another shadow or base ( I use a white nyx jumbo pencil ). I suggest you look up swatches for this palette before you buy it to get an idea of what the shades look like over different bases. * The ELF shimmer palette had hardly any pigmentation* It is too sheer
* I will stick to using the Revlon Cream Shadows or MAC cream shadows for a base
