I have mixed feelings about this product. the carrying case gave off little to no odor (as many do when first opened) and the brushes seem to be fairly well made and yet i am disappointed in part of them. the foundation and countour brushes are fantastic and hold pigments very well and haven't shed at all. the lip and concealer brushes are wonderful and smooth--just as they should be. the fan brush works just as it should and is overall a wonderful set. however, i am slightly disappointed in the quality of the eyeshadow brushes. some were unreasonably scraggly and had to be trimmed down as none of the bristles matched appropriately. they shed terribly the first use and have to be cleaned promptly or they leave loose pigments all over the place. aside from this, i have yet to encounter any problems with them. as i wanted this particular set for the brushes that weren't the eyeshadow ones, i am very pleased.
