THAT was my original review 7 months ago. I gave the brush 5 stars. It -W-A-Sa great brush until I started washing it, and the wood paddle broke. It hasn't happened yet, but it's possible that while brushing my hair, the TWO cracks in the wood could rip my hair out. So, I'm taking away 2 stars. One for the lack of directions regarding cleaning, and one for the paddle cracking. Since the brush came with NO directions, I knew of no other way to wash it than to soak it with my other brushes. I even emailed Macadamia Hair re: HOW to wash the brush, but never heard from them.

Unfortunate. It WAS a nice brush.

Ordered this because sometimes my hair seems a bit too dry. This brush takes care of the problem. I don't recommend daily use, but once in a while it's great.

I'm sorry to say I don't really care for this brush. I have long hair and it seems to pull and tangle. I have found it better to just rub a little coconut oil in by hand.

I really like this brush. I have two combs infused with oil, and the brush is very nice, and nicely packaged. It would make a great gift. My only wish is that is was not made in China. The oil that comes with it smells nice, but is not all natural, so I'll stick to coconut oil for the dry ends of my hair. The review is about the brush, tho, the oil is not the selling point for me. I love the brush.
