Review of e.l.f. HD Undereye Concealer Setting Powder with Brush, Sheer, 0.04
I was skeptical about this because when you look at it closely you'll see that it has a shimmer and that it's actually a little bit rosy in color. I was expecting it to be a disaster, but, somehow, when I apply this with a fluffy concealer brush (I use the new Flawless Concealer Brush from ELF) the undereye area looks great! Any kind of fine line instantly disappears! It simply makes everything look natural, but flawless. I also use the smallest amount. I love this stuff! It does not cake up on me and I find that it works better for setting the undereye area than either the translucent or corrective yellow HD powders from ELF. I'll repurchase this if I ever run out.
