Lilac Petal is amazing as a highlighter on top of the cheeks it's just a great color and very reflective, yet not in a fleshy way. It also photographs nicely, in case you're interested in that. My only gripe with it is that the tube tends to get messy so I store it in a ziplock bag. Since I only use a tiny amount this will last me a very long time. You do have to shake it and after a while, it may separate and it may squirt out water. just open it over a sink and be patient until the shimmer comes out. I really love Elf products so I came to Amazon to possibly place an order. However I see that Amazon has quadrupled the price on many of the items (such as this one for over $4 I got the same at Target for $1). I really like these facial whips you only need a very small amount or you can add a bit to foundation to make a more luminous finish. All the Elf brushes from the studio/pro line are great as well and you can find them at Target and Meijer for $3:) I just got the 'C'brush today for 3$ at Target and it is just as good as MAC eyeshadow brush!Honest reviews on e.l.f. This was very watery and I felt like I wasted so much product. I tried rolling it in my hands to mix it up without much success. The color was nice and I would have loved it to work. This particular shade is a little too kid-makeupy for me. It's a really pinky raspberry shimmer. I look kind of clowny when I use it.
