I just received my Bella Boxx about 2 weeks ago.

Even though I knew the dimensions (I used a tape measure and measured), I was still pleasantly surprised. First off, I received the item in record time. It was packaged beautifully with lots of popcorn and bubble wrap. It arrived in one piece without a scratch!

Here is what I LOVE about it:

Item was just beautiful even more than the pictures show. I was worried initially about the glitter no need to worry this is embedded in to the plastic if you feel the front surface and even the back of the glitter plastic it is smooth....none of the glitter will rub off or fall off. THis is something I did not expect. With it smooth it makes it easy to clean.

The workmanship is awesome made in the USA!!! One more BIG reason to buy.

Even though I measured my area this item just seemed bigger it was awesome. The drawers are deep enough for all my makeup not only are they deep enough they are wide enough....just LOVE the size!

Only thing I would recommend, is purchase the drawer liners and any xtra stuff....wish I had ordered the keyring and two of the velvet drawer liners!

Nightmare customer service from Mardisplay. I returned my item, but it took eight emails and over five weeks to get my refund. Thank goodness I had gotten delivery tracking on my return! Often my emails were simply ignored. Several times I was promised my refund would be issued "tomorrow", but it didn't happen. Stay away from this seller.

On the other hand, the box is pretty, with drawers juuuust a little too short to hold any nail polish bottles that stand upright. There are tall "legs" that take up a considerable amount of the box's height. Still, this item is DEFINITELY not worth trying to work with an unresponsive and untrustworthy seller.

I actually ordered this last December. When it arrived it was packaged perfectly with tons of plastic and bubble wrap. I was so surprised that the box was even bigger than I thought it would be! I really want to get another one, it's so pretty. It comes with a polishing cloth too. There's tons of room in that box and I have a ton of products. I ordered the matching tray too, the silver one. I use it for nail polish. The only thing is, when the boxx is open the edges of drawers that slide out are very sharp! My daughter scratched her leg on it so I make sure that the drawers are closed. I keep mine on the floor as I don't have a vanity set yet. Thank you Mar Display! They were awesome to work with and answered whatever questions I had about the boxx before I purchased.
